Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at fulfillment@fastacrylic.com to request a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend insuring the shipment and using a trackable method. We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments.
  4. Items sent back without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For freight shipments (i.e., on a pallet), note any damage, defects, or other issues on the delivery driver's receipt. Failure to note these on the paperwork will result in rejected claims.

Incorrect Item(s)

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at fulfillment@fastacrylic.com with the original order number and details of the error for prompt resolution.

Packing and Mailing Authorized Returns

  • Carefully package items as they were when sent to you. We cannot refund or replace items damaged in transit back to us. We recommend insuring and tracking return shipments.
  • Retain all packaging materials and return items in their original boxes with sufficient packing material. If the original packaging was damaged, use a similar box for the return.
  • Include the return authorization email in the box and write the return authorization number on the outside of the box to expedite processing.
  • Use FedEx or UPS for return shipments.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products (including special orders, personalized items)
  • Prototypes and personal goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at fulfillment@fastacrylic.com.
