Shipping policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
- In-stock items are processed promptly for fast turnaround.
- Custom orders, including UV printing, require additional lead time for design approval.
Shipping:
- UPS or FedEx shipments typically arrive within 1 to 6 business days after pickup.
- We do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes; valid street addresses only.
- Items exceeding weight/size limits for UPS and FedEx, or specialty/fragile parcels, ship via freight LTL truck delivery. Freight deliveries are to your loading dock or curbside. Inside delivery is available for an extra charge.
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
- We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Shipping dates are estimates based on the receipt of all required information.
- Refusal of a delivery may result in additional charges for return to our warehouse.
- All freight deliveries occur during the carrier's normal business hours, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Shipping Policy:
- Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For freight shipments (e.g., on a pallet), note any damage, defects, or issues on the delivery driver's receipt. Failure to do so may result in rejected claims.
- Purchasers must inspect all goods upon arrival and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
- The carrier is responsible for damage in transit. Goods shipped by Fast Acrylic are delivered to the carrier in good condition. Responsibility for safe delivery passes to the carrier when picked up.
- If you pick up an order at one of our locations, inspect the material at the time of sale. You assume responsibility upon signing for and receiving the order.
- For orders delivered by a freight carrier, inspect the materials upon receipt. You assume responsibility upon signing for the goods.
- For online orders, we reserve the right to select the freight carrier. Ensure correct shipping parameters are selected. Incorrect selections may result in additional charges.
- If an order is damaged in transit, obtain the carrier's written admission of damage before they leave. For concealed damage discovered later, contact the local carrier and request an immediate inspection.
Claims for Damaged Goods:
- If you received damaged goods and the shipment was made under your account number, third party, or collect, you are responsible for filing and settling the claim with the carrier.
- If the shipment was prepaid or added to your order:
- Notify Fast Acrylic immediately.
- Do not return damaged goods without authorization.
- Do not return goods that have not been inspected by FedEx, UPS or the truck line. We will notify the carrier and start the claim for you.
- Hold the original carton and merchandise for the inspector.
- If a replacement order is needed, contact us immediately. We will not automatically re-ship until authorized by you.
- Notify Fast Acrylic immediately.
Shortages:
- Count the number of skids, cartons, pieces, or sheets and check the packing list immediately. Secure a shortage notation if the number of items received is less than shown on the carrier’s freight bill.
We are here to assist you in every possible manner. However, please be aware that failure to follow the above procedures for prepaid shipments may result in your claim not being honored by the freight carrier or Fast Acrylic.
